We offer contactless check-in as a courtesy to our guests. You will receive detailed check-in details on your day of arrival. You may arrive for check-in anytime after 4PM and follow the simple instructions to access your room. Office hours are 8AM-9PM daily.

Smoking – of any substances is prohibited in all rooms.

This is for the comfort of all our guests. No Smoking applies to ALL substances including vaping and e-cigarettes and also applies to preparation of smokable substances. A minimum $250 cleaning charge will be added to your bill if you smoke or prepare smokable substances in your room.

We do not take responsibility for any cash or valuable items left in the guest rooms or public areas. You are solely responsible for your belongings. Any items left behind can be mailed back at your cost and liability, when requested.

Payment Policy: 100% payment is required on the morning of your arrival. The credit card used to make the reservation will be charged for the total amount of your reservation on the scheduled arrival date.

Cancelation and Changes to Reservation Policy: Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged one full night’s stay. Should you arrive after your specified date or depart prior to the end of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay.

Pet Policy:  We allow one dog per pet-friendly room up to 25lbs.  No exceptions.  A $30 nightly pet fee will apply to your reservation.  Please read and agree to the following guidelines.  Failure to comply will result in a $250 fee. 1. Pet must be housebroken.  2. Pet must never be left unattended in a guest room.  3. When your pet is outside of your guest room:  a) It must be under the control of its handler at all times  b) it must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless either the handler is unable because of a disability to use such a device or use of it would interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of work or tasks, in which case the service animal must be otherwise under the handler’s control (e.g. voice control, signals, or other effective means).
You are responsible to clean up after your pet at all times on the property. It is grounds for eviction if a dog is threatening people, barking, or otherwise out of control and/or creating a disturbance, and the dog’s handler doesn’t take prompt and effective action to control it. If there is any damage done to the room, bedding, or any requirement of extra cleaning you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
